Capstone Partners provides a wide range of design services to our clients. The design process includes both options to make modifications to many of our current plans as well as the selection of all details and finishes. A Capstone representative will walk you through the process and be with you each step of the way.

Plan Design

If you have purchased your home before or during the framing process, you may have several opportunities to make modifications or alterations to our Capstone plans. The earlier in the construction process that you purchase the more freedom and flexibility you have to make adjustments and changes to our existing plans to meet your specific needs. Several of our plans even offer the opportunity to build out upper levels or finish out basement areas to supply you with more livable space.

Selections & Finishes

Capstone offers an extensive and diverse range of tile, flooring, cabinets, and plumbing and lighting fixtures. Our standard selections are most builders' upgrades; granite countertops, Kohler faucets and hardwood floors in all the living areas and halls come standard with all of our homes. Another area to note is the level of craftsmanship in all of the millwork. We have crown molding throughout the home and picture rail in the main living areas. Our 7 inch baseboards, and custom milled mantels and doors are the final touches that make it a Capstone home. Just like the plan design process described above, the earlier in the construction process you purchase the more freedom you have to customize your home through the selection process.

Capstone Partners also has extensive relationships with multiple suppliers and vendors to help find any of the custom items you may want to add to your home. Upgrades are available for all of our finishes and selections allowing you to obtain almost any look for your home. Throughout the selection process you will work with a single designer who will help guide you through making the selections and take the frustration out of the design process.
