Customer Satisfaction Surveys
From time to time Capstone Partners will be conducting customer satisfaction surveys. If you would like to receive your
survey via email please send your most current contact information to sales@capstonepartnersinc.com.
Warranty Services
Capstone provides a one-year home warranty for all of our
homes. If you have a warranty item that needs attention please
fill out the following form and either email of fax it to
our office. If emailed please be sure to include the word
warranty and your address in the subject and email to warranty@capstonepartnersinc.com.
Please note that if you are unable to meet with a Capstone
representative within 14 days of submission, this warranty request
will expire and you will need to resubmit a new request.
Model Home Program
During the sales process potential buyers often want to see a finished Capstone home with the plan they are considering. Capstone has
created the model home program to showcase the quality of our homes. If you choose to participate as a model homeowner, Capstone will
provide a $50 gift certificate to a local restaurant for each tour we conduct through your home. If you choose to join our program we
will follow the guidelines listed below:
- There is no obligation, you can join the program, but choose not to participate if it is inconvenient for you
- We will contact you with at least two days notice before the tour and set up a time that works for both you and the prospective customer
- We will stay for no longer than 45 minutes
- You will receive your gift certificate at the time of the tour
- You may ask to be removed from the program at any time if you are no longer interested in participating
